Sourcing healing from the Soul

Often we source from the place of words or mind. We buy into the belief that our illnesses or conditions limit us from living a full and healthy life. We trick ourselves into believing that we are powerless to our dis-ease.

When we source from the place of the soul we bring manifestation to our dreams. We find the path to well being that allows us to co-create our reality. When you choose wellness from a place of the soul, you can empower your body to return to harmony. When you choose wellness from a place of the mind, you may allow others to make choices that they think are best for you.

In the role of facilitator, I create the space that you need for your own awakening into balance. Offering a safe and secure, nurturing and confidential environment you are assisted into asking your body what it needs to restore balance and harmony.

Using Massage, Craniosacral, Sound and Energy therapy, organic skin care services and products, I listen to the messages your body holds. The “words” or symbols within the tissue contain all the information you need to take charge of your healing and love yourself unconditionally. I am simply here to assist you through this part of your journey with my hands, my ears and my heart.

All you need is to be open, listen with your heart, accept wellness and trust that you can live the life you want.
